Shipping Policy

We ship within 3 business days unless there are extenuating circumstances.  We will contact you through email when your order has shipped as well as provide you with a tracking number.  We use Canada Post and provide contents insurance on the parcel of up to $100.  Please contact us if for some reason your parcel does not show up after 14 days.  We will correct the matter. 

We offer local delivery to specified locations mentioned on our website.  That means if you have established that you are able to and wish to receive your parcel within the listed local delivery areas, we will contact you by phone, text or email to make arrangements for that delivery.
