Refund Policy

If you would like to receive a refund on your product(s) you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.  The items for return must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. You must ship them back to us at your expense.  We will notify you through email that we have received your items.  We will determine if the items were damaged or faulty in some way and if so process your refund, less our original shipping cost since shipping is non-refundable.  Your refund will be applied to your original payment method. 

If your items were hand delivered in the local delivery area, you may contact us by phone, text or email and we will arrange to pick them up at the same location they were delivered.  At this time it will be determined if the product is refundable.  If it is determined by us that the product will be refunded, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 48 hours.  Again, picking up of the refunded product only applies to our regular local delivery areas.

Sale items do not qualify for refund.

Please allow sufficient time for your refund to show up on your original payment method since this may take several days.  If for some reason your refund does not show within 10 days, please contact us and we will resolve the matter.

If you are returning items over $80, please consider adding shipping insurance and using a shipping service that offers a tracking number since we can not guarantee that the parcel will get to us.
